Innovative is an equipment solutions provider for plastics recycling. We offer solutions for both post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste streams. We are partners with Gamma Meccanica for providing flexible and innovative extrusion solutions. We provide solutions for pre-sizing, washing systems and drying solutions for plastics from other manufacturers.
Innovative Recycling Solutions, LLC and Gamma Meccanica SpA have formed the North American Joint Venture as Gamma Meccanica North America to promote green solutions for the recovery and reuse of waste plastic as well as use of insulation materials to save energy.
For Plastics we offer solutions for reclaim extrusion, upgrading existing equipment, process improvements with our retrofits, Washing solutions for post-consumer and highly contaminated material as well as Pre-sizing technology for a wide variety of plastic materials.
For Insulation we offer complete plants for Rockwool, Glasswool production and XPS, extruded polystyrene board plants.
Our combined goal is to develop solutions to improve our environment. Our process begins with partnering with our clients for the long term. Together we can be successful and innovative.
