Innovative is an equipment solutions provider for plastics recycling. We offer solutions for both post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste streams. We are partners with Gamma Meccanica for providing affordable and innovative extrusion solutions. We provide solutions for pre-sizing, washing systems and drying solutions for plastics from other manufacturers.
At Gamma/Innovative we offer comprehensive pre-sizing, washing and drying solutions for post-consumer plastic waste streams. (Standard with many of our extrusions solutions are the use of grinders.) We cooperate with many leading manufacturers of this technology, all of whom have North American offices and support. We also offer stand alone solutions for other applications.
We manufacture complete wash systems in sizes ranging from portable units capable of washing 200 pounds per hour to systems producing more than 5000 pounds per hour of clean plastic. The smaller systems come with standard configurations while the larger systems are customized based a various types of plastics and levels of contamination.
Our cooperative partnership in North America is with Herbold Meckesheim USA - Resource Recycling Inc., a subsidiary of Herbold Meckesheim Germany, and a manufacturer of size reduction, densification equipment and wash line systems for the plastics and post consumer industry.
Herbold's Meckesheim facility has been manufacturing high quality and durable machinery for four generations with a reputation of excellent value. We specialize in the recycling of manufacturing scrap, recycling of mixed post consumer or industrial plastics. Our size reduction products include shredders, granulators, fine grinders and pulverizers. Wash line systems include debailing, screening, washing, dewatering and drying components to meet a variety of bottle and film applications.
